Introduction
Katya Danova is an Expert in Human Resources at GATE Institute. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a bachelor’s degree in Economics of Communications.
She started her career in a leading BPO company, on a project of a leading Bulgarian operator for telecommunication services. Her main focus has been on staff training and development and quality control. For the past 5 years, Katya has worked in a large international company specializing in translations with Asian languages, where she developed her potential and knowledge in the field of human resources both locally and internationally.
