Goals & Impact

Aim

The project aims to develop high-resolution thermal and comfort indicators for major Bulgarian cities using advanced climate modelling to support climate resilience, public health, and urban planning.

 

Research activities

 

 

 

The results will provide scientifically robust, attribution-ready datasets and decision-support resources that enable municipalities, policymakers, and other stakeholders to better understand, plan for, and respond to heat stress and climate-related risks across Bulgaria.
