Three GATE researchers presented the topics they work on. Angel Spasov talked about „Urban objects detection from geo-spatial data for smart city control“. Radostin Mitkov discussed „Urban CFD wind simulations for smart city planning“, and Mariya Pantusheva presented “In-door pollutant dispersion and HVAC optimization using CFD“.

The workshop was chaired by Dessislava Petrova-Antonova, Professor of Software engineering and Research group lead at GATE Institute, and co-chaired by Anders Logg, Professor of Computational Mathematics and Director of the Digital Twin Cities Centre, Sweden.
