Plamen is the manager of the GATE Institute building and an expert in the field of facility management and long-term professional management of real estate, facilities, movable and immovable property, as well as in integrating processes and resources within organizations and interinstitutional cooperation.

He holds an engineering degree and a master’s degree in Industrial Management. With years of experience, he specializes in building management, providing administrative and operational support, monitoring efficient resource allocation and utilization, as well as organizing and controlling processes for the effective functioning and development of movable and immovable property.
